UK Shipping

  • Free delivery for orders over £25 – 3-5 working days

Shipping is free for orders over £25 in the UK provided the items are shipped together and do not exceed the weight limit carried by Royal Mail. If your order is eligible for free shipping, the option will be available to you at checkout. Please note that this free shipping service does not include courier shipments.

Cards and posters up to 500g:

  • 1st Class ‘Signed For’ £4.79 – 2-3 working days
  • 2nd Class ‘Signed For’ £3.59 – 3-5 working days

1st and 2nd Class prices are for Royal Mail UK ‘Signed For’ Service. These are guidelines provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During unprecedented times, such as the Covid-19 pandemic, the name of the recipient is taken instead of a signature.

Courier Service:

For orders that exceed our Royal Mail weight limit of 2KG we provide shipping via a courier service for both domestic and international deliveries.

International Shipping

We are experiencing delays with deliveries to many countries, but in most cases local services have now resumed. For more details, please consult the latest information provided by Royal Mail’s International Incident Bulletin.

  • If one or more items are not available when you place your order there may be a delay in dispatch, so that we can send your items in as few parcels as possible.
  • Orders will be dispatched using international post and you will be charged a shipping cost.
  • This method is fully secure, and we can track and trace the shipment for you.
  • Orders sent via this method will require a signature upon receipt.
  • Tracked international packages are shipped according to carrier guidelines and may ultimately be transferred to you countries’ national mail service for localised processing.
  • Courier delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Is VAT included?

The prices payable for goods are as set out in the website, inclusive of VAT where applicable (books are currently zero rated). Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable, including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary. VAT is calculated based on the Customer’s Billing Address.

Are there custom charges?

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Fe-Noon Ahmed Moustafa (UK) Ltd. will not be collecting this import duty at the point of sale.

Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be paid by you. It is accepted by you that Fe-Noon has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Fe-Noon recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that needs to be paid. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be paid by you the customer.

 

Refunds and Exchange

Overview

Fe-Noon is happy to exchange or refund your items on presentation of a valid receipt. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We are not responsible for any damage made after receipt of your order.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

| Book, prints, cards with obvious signs of use.
| Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
| Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to fenoon@fenoon.com and return your item to:

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
